Moving with pets ...

Anybody here know about taking animals to Rota? I am trying to figure out what to do with my dog and cat if I end up in VQ over there (I know it's unlikely, but possible). I read on-line that there is basically no quarantine at all, but wasn't sure whether to trust the source.

I know that Hawaii recently changed the law and it is possible to take pets there with minimal quarantine (perhaps none at all). For those interested, the link is:

But, I thought that all the VQ squadrons were moving back to Whidbey anyhow in the coming/recent months. Anyhow, the above page explains the process pretty well. Doesn't seem too difficult.

Great, MORE P-3s to knock the short-field gear out of battery. That's just what we need. On the plus side, however, there'll be more dorks to make fun of at the club during happy hour.
