call the housing office now! There is a a couple week wait for both Hunters Cove and Hawks Landing (the two main PPVs aka psuedo govt housing). Pretty much everyone lives in either of these places or one of the near by developments. I think they can direct you to real estate agents if you are looking for a real house otherwise the townhomes here arent too bad. Im in hunters myself and the three bedroom small plays nicely into two bedroom with an office.
