Money for student loans

Final Select SNA (Sept 13th)
So I know there are a ton of ways enlisted can get money for school. However I was curious how an Officer can get some money to pay back the loans they took out for school before they entered into the Navy.

Unless you're a nurse, as far as I am aware there are no programs thru the navy that will pay back your student loans. I looked into this as well.
