Caption below is somewhat misleading as CAPT Wikul was the13th Bullfrog and upon his retirement, passed the honorific title to Admiral Olson, who is standing behind him next to "Rudy". Wikul retired at peak of his game after establishing the JFK Irregular Warfare Center at ONI pioneering forward support Intel teams led by Intel Officers to warfighters.

Pete Wikul, the 13th Bullfrog, during the passing of the Bullfrog ceremony. Wikul is retiring as the last remaining Underwater Demolition Team/SEAL. The title Bullfrog recognizes the UDT/SEAL operator with the greatest amount of cumulative service. Wikul is retiring after 39 years and 4 months of Navy service. He's a very impressive and funny man. Sat behind him during the 9/11 Memorial Service.
