Mild Guttate Psoriasis disq? STA21 OC

Happy Holidays everyone.

I have a question regarding a mild case of psoriasis and being physically qualified for NFO. I am an Active Duty OC, commissioning Winter 2011 through STA 21 Core option.

Enlisted in 2001 and developed a mild case of Guttate Psoriasis on my trunk in 2004 which was treated with a steroid cream by a Navy Dermatologist. It cleared and then returned in 2006. I went to an Air Force Dermatologist who confirmed he believed it was Guttate Psoriasis and prescribed the same steroid cream. It went away shortly after and I haven't had it since. It never itched or bothered me in anyway besides having red marks on my sides/ back and my buddies cracking leprosy jokes. I believe the usual concern with psoriasis is the itching and cracking skin, which I don't/didn't suffer from. It never restricted my duty etc...

This is from the NOMI waiver guide:

http://www.med.navy.mil/sites/navmedmpte/nomi/nami/arwg/Documents/Waiver%20Guide%20-%20Dermatolgy%20080624r.pdf

WAIVER: Waiver may be considered for mild cases, including those needing occasional topical steroids. More severe cases will be found NPQ, with no waiver recommended. A history of psoriasis is disqualifying for entry into aviation

Currently 26 y/o (commissioning at 28), Poli Sci major (3.76 GPA), Outstanding med prt and 20/70 vision correctable to 20/20. No other medical issues that I am aware of.

Any opinions on the likelihood of being found qualified/ granted a waiver or not?

Thanks for your time.

Your case certainly looks as if it qualifies for 'occasional topical steroids'.
