Metal Pins

Hey All-

Let me first say Hi. I've been around the site awhile, just reading and picking up info here and there; so technically this is my first post. By the way you all have been very helpful, thank you.

Anyway my question:

Do metal pins immediately diqualify you from flying? I have three small pins in my right index finger.

I will tell you a very good source of information. This is the holy bible of Naval Aviation and also Flight Surgeon Manual.
I will not gurantee that it would answer your question word for word, but you should be able to dig through.

Look through the waivers section and look to see if you can find anywhere it says pins

and try to look at a sections that says waivers guide, i believe that is what it is called and it should be able to tell what is required and so forth.
