How does the apartment/rental home scene look in Meridian? Any tips, places to go, etc?

Go to the housing office just inside the front gate to the right. They have all the info that you need.

Ok, the Woodlands and Northwoods are your best apartment bets. I would choose Woodlands because the cable is better. If you want to rent a house with a bunch of dudes, frat-style, its a good deal. If your con chica, she may not appreciate it. Worst case scenario, BOQ until something you really like comes along. Besides, no matter where your mail gets sent. You will live in the fricking simulator building.

Thanks man, that'll be good advice for other new dudes. Found a house a while ago. The housing office is really good here.
