MED-READ hold-up?

Hey guys-

So I'm up for the boards this month, but am having difficulty getting through my MEDREAD for MEPS.

Basically I had an ER visit in 2001 and for my MEDREAD to go through they need more info. I called the hospital medical records and they show no record of me ever being there. They said they can provide a statement saying that they do not have the records, but I'm wondering if this will further delay the process of my MEDREAD and getting clearance so I can go to MEPS. Will I need to go to my physican to say that I am 'good to go??'

(My recruiter hasn't called me back, so just wondering if anyone has any info. or if anyone has been in a similar situation).

Well, you could wait for things to happen....

Or, if this concerns you, ask your doc to do the letter. Be pro-active.
