MAX time limit for PRK??

Hello! I was wondering if there is a maximum time limit on the waiver period for recieving PRK?? I am currently working toward the BDCP, however, for one reason and another, I am thinking of a short enlistment stint beforehand. If I were to get PRK now, and then be enlisted for 2 years, would I still qualify for a waiver, aprox 2 years from now, under BDCP?

(I guess that's kind of a seer-esque/time travel question... :)
