As moose stated, no. But to ease your worries, you will not need a calculator for the math questions on the ASTB. If anything, pressing buttons on the calculator would only slow you down.

No, the math problems on the exam are designed to be completed without the use of a calculator, but a few formulas are provided. Each examinee is provided scrap paper to compute problems.

Yes, the problems are much easier if you have a calculator...but that's not the point. Given that you have just over one minute for each problem, the goal is to see how quickly you can solve problems...and it's not necessarily always about doing the work, it's about understanding which options are plain wrong and coming to quick, correct answers, even if you don't have the complete answer.

ok... slight thread hijack...

did you guys and gals ever play "around the world" math style? it is kinda like the basketball game where you circle the hoop making shots traveling "around the world" but everyone in the class sits in a circle, then one kid goes around the circle, standing behind someone. then the teacher asks a math question and the first kid to answer correctly, wins. if the kid standing wins, he/she continues around the circle until the kid sitting, wins, then they trade spots.

oh man that was a fun game...

speaking of which... for all those people that think they need a study group for the ASTB, I recommend that game.
 
A good thing a lot of people forget is to do all the easy ones first and then use the remaining time to work out the harder ones, then with 30 seconds left answer any of the ones you left blank with the same random letter.
 
Simple answer is "No",

Long answer is No, but honestly if you need a calculator for more than a few you really need math help. There are a few that are a bit difficult, but can be done via division/splitting/technique.
