Master Bedroom near backgate for rent, March 1st

We have a 2000sqft house about 10min from the back gate of NAS in Bauer Estates. Looking to rent out the master bed and bath for $415 a month plus 1/3 utilities starting March 1st. Both myself and Richard are NFOs putting us here for another year. I do have 2 Boxers which are friendly. Male or female roomie it makes no difference.
