marine corps website down?

is anyone else experiencing this? All other websites I pull up work, but any of the usmc.mil sites say that I am not connected to the internet.....any suggestions?
 
Does anybody know whether or not we have to have a CAC card to go there now? I can get the website from work, but not at home.
DAMN NMCI!!!
 
I fiddled with my DNS settings and was finally able to access some .mil websites, but they are all very slow and many do not work.
