March Comissioning Service Selection Date

I'm wondering if anyone can confirm for me which date my package is due if I am service selecting (through NROTC) for comissioning next March? I had originally been told that the date was 1 AUG, but today I was told that it might be October along w/ the normal June grads. Can anyone clear this up definitively? It would be much appreciated, as I don't want to miss my due date. Thanks!

Anyhow, I did some online research and answered my own question. For anyone who cares, the comissioning period between 1 OCT and 31 MAR will submit their packages NLT 15 JUL, or basically by the end of this week. The folks comissioning between 1 APR and 30 SEPT submit NLT 30 OCT. Hope that clears it up for anyone else who was wondering, and here is the link:

I'm just a little confused. If you are ROTC, shouldn't your unit be telling you these things?

Is that a rhetorical question? ;) Believe me...I know. But in their defense things are a little crazy right now at my unit actually, and the LT who was supposed to be handling all this just left on IA and I think the guy who's lap this all fell into is still getting up to speed. That and its only myself and one other guy who this date applies to so it may have gotten lost in the turnover
 
Ahh I see. No, it wasn't rhetorical. I didn't do ROTC, so I wasn't picturing how a unit could really be shortchanged by one or two IA's. Go Navy!

Yeah, it came at a pretty busy time in general and on very short notice (as far as I knew anyways). It probably would have been sorted out in time, but I didn't want to take the chance of missing my service selection date...that would be bad. Very bad
 
Yeah, just found out today that I have to have a package done for 1 AUG, I commission in Dec. . . yay one more thing on the pile
