House in Emerald Shores off the back gate. Pool is taken care of by the tenants but reimbursed by the landlord. 2 Rooms available June 1st and the 3rd in Aug. Rent is 1300 and bills run around 150/person with high speed internet and cable. Really would like someone staying here that would like to take over the lease.

Maybe that is $150/pp includes the pool service that you get reimbursed. Plus...the electric would be higher because of the pool if the pump runs consistently.

I know that pool..... Anyone who is looking I'll vouch for the place... its about a 30 second drive to the back gate in Emeral Shores... Rooms are large with a HUGE master suite. The house is pink inside (hey its florida) but the rooms are white, and the kitchen is HUGE too... all tile so thats nice, and the pool is well maintained by the landlord who is also a very cool Italian lady.. You end up banking on the BAH and once it gets cool again, bill should drop on the electric I think in april we were paying about $125ish, so the A/C is a real killer.
