Hellooooo nurse!
I'm looking for a roommate to share my place: 3BR/2.5BA 1700sqft townhome/condo in Hillcrest. Within walking distance to fabulous bars, restaurants, and the farmers market. Very quick access to freeways, and 15mins or less to all bases in the SD area (add 5mins for Miramar). Features high ceilings, 2 car garage, balcony from main level and large patio on ground level, W/D in unit... and a 52" flatscreen! The room for rent is large (bigger than the"master room") enough for a king size bed AND dresser/drawers AND desk. The third room is mostly for guests/visitors or storage. My lease ends in March but I would really like to find a roommate and stay longer so lease terms are negotiable. I keep a tidy and generally quiet environment. I'm in the Navy and have a quirky work schedule but enjoy making the most of my days off so generally up for anything but am not beyond just hanging out with the video games, or whatnot and am pretty easy-going and social.
