I just got down to Kingsville and moved into a 3 bedroom, 2.5 bath unit at Hunter's Cove. I'm looking for a roommate to split it with, preferably a student that will be classing up soon (I class up Sept. 17). You'd have your own bedroom and bath in a nice place with cheap rent (<450).
