I'm looking for someone to take my half of a 2Br/2.5bath on Padre Island (I'm going to Milton for Advanced; my current roommate is staying here). It's a 2-story townhouse with a detached garage; 15 minutes from base in a quiet neighborhood.

The bedroom is currently furnished by the landlord.
