Just to help out torpedo's sales pitch, I live in Snug Harbor and it kicks ass! Great view, in door/ out door pool, gym (kinda small) and some other stuff....1.5 miles from the back gate. Great place to be.

yea i spent three days there with a friend and it was awesome. i came from chicago where I paid 1400 for a terrible two bedroom...this is a steal. can't wait to to get going on it
