Looking for property manager in Virginia Beach

Can anyone recommend a property manager in the VA Beach/Norfolk area? I'm PCSing soon and looking to rent out my condo here rather than sell in the current market.

It's might be a safe bet with Webmaster's wishes on outside businesses advertising on the site to PM me rather than posting replies.

I'm sending you a PM of a property management team that has my personal home in Virginia Beach, in their inventory. In addition, my former real estate team worked in a reciprocal relationship with them.. therefore, I've had several years of professional interaction with them, as well as personal experience as my property manager..

I'm PCSing out to Va Beach next week. Could I get a contact for that property manager as well? I'm still looking for a place out there, and it sounds like you trust them. If you have any advice for the area, that would be much appreciated as well.

Did you see some of the repairs they made? Like using Gorilla Glue (instead of the set screw) to tighten the toilet paper holder?

Oh, and the property manager gave them their full security deposit back. PSW is right - stay away from R&W.
