I have a two-story condo with two master bedrooms with a full bathroom for each upstairs. The kitchen is furnished with all appliances (microwave, oven, and refrigerator) and has granite countertops. It has a two car garage, a half bath and living area downstairs. It is right across the street from the canal on the Island about 10-15 minutes from the base. It is in an area heavily populated by other SNAs. Rent ($1050/Mo.) and utilities would be split evenly.
