Looking for a house in Norfolk

I am moving to Norfolk some time in the next month (Oct 08) and I am looking for a house to buy (or rent if I can not find a good buy). This would be my first house and I do not think I can afford something too expensive.

PSW and I are also shopping for a house in the Norfolk area. There's a couple of really nice neighborhoods in Va Beach, Chesapeake is also a little cheaper.
