We are looking for 1 roommate who will get two rooms; an office and a bedroom. One is 16’X15’ other is 18’X15’ each with a closet and there is a bathroom in between. The house is approx 3000’ sq and is in a nice neighborhood. Their part of the rent will be $470/month. Currently there are two students living here, each attending primary at Whiting.
We have between .5 acre and .75 acre, we have a riding mower, 106" ceiling mounted HDTV projector, 7.1 surround, foosball, ping pong, and already fully furnished besides those two rooms.
We will accept 2 roommate's for the two rooms if they are friends and we can negotiate a price for each.
