Line service at NASP

Is line service done by a contractor or is it internal at NAS Pensacola? I good friend of mine wants to move to P-cola with me when I get down there in May. We've worked line service together for a long time. I suggested to him to look into NASP if it was a private gig or JKA in Gulf Shores.

Transient line is managed by a small team of AB's. The organic Navy aircraft are maintained by L3 and Sikorsky. The AF T-1 maintenance folks just converted to GS from contract.
My suspicion is that they are all at least retired E-6's. Most are 7's, 8's,and 9's.
