Hello! So I am currently trying to apply to OCS buuuut I'm just kind of stressing out a bit on the LORs. I've been out of college for almost a year now with a degree in Software Engineering and a 3.70 GPA. In college I never really got "close" with any of my professors and I have zero leadership experiences. Will having sort of "weak" LORs hurt me a lot?
