Just don't fly from Pensacola Regional to Denver in winter snow storm season without the understanding you could be delayed getting back.
If you could be delayed getting back, you can get an approved leave extension from your command. But most likely it will be the only time it will happen. I would venture to say if you take leave and it works out okay, you could get more leave. If you take leave and are late coming back, you may not get any more.
Also, you need to be doing well in Primary.
