This would be a real possibility for pilot issue.....well maybe not realistically very soon but it's very small, and comes in 9, .40 and .45. This is the second weapon I've seen recently to adopt the barrel below or near horizontal trigger level to reduce recoil. If the Chiappa Rhino 200 pistol ever gets on the "CA Roster of Handguns" http://certguns.doj.ca.gov/ I'll take one.
