Pretty sure ALL T-45's are modified with it, even the Alphas.

I know all the Meridian jets are....shortly after I started you didn't have to have that "I've flown a non-SAS bird" sheet in your training jacket because they had all been fitted with it.

After googling to figure out what the hell SASS is, I can tell you that yes, all jets have nosewheel steering augmented.

And despite what the sim guys tell you, here is some PME:

The T-45 SAS system is an important piece of the system. You can land without it working, but be careful. Now, landing the T-45 without NWS with a X-wind is NOTHING like advertised in the simulator, or in ground school. Nothing.

In the sim it is just dandy with no NWS, in the real world it is a homocidal jet. Been there, done that, almost got the "I ejected" shirt.
