I just selected Jets and am checking into Kingsville beginning of August, and am currently closing on a house about 5 minutes from base. I was real disappointed in the housing options down there, especially since I have a dogand wanted a yard, so I decided to get a house rather than deal with it, so now I'm gonna have a 4 bedroom place if anybody needs a place to live while they're down there, or even just while they're waiting for a place to open up in the PPV's. Nothing has been finalized yet, but probably thinking about 500 for rent a month, and no commitments or anything, month by month is fine. PM me if you want some more info.
