Looking for a sturdy townhouse or a 2/2 or 2/1 house (the smaller the yard the better) in Riverside or Avondale.

I am currently renting the house to CommodoreMid in Avondale (I'm the homeowner). The house is a 2/1 but I am advertising it as a 3/1 in case someone wants to use the 3rd room as a bedroom instead of a TV room. The yard is not too big to manage...all the lots in Avondale are pretty much the same size. I'd rather rent to Navy again than go with a civilian. Let me know if you're interested.
