I am finishing up the 60B RAG in Mayport and will be staying in Jax. I own a house in a quite neighborhood in Oceanway (Northside), just a few minutes from 9A, I-95 and the River City Marketplace. You will have two bedrooms available to you (unfurnished), your own bathroom and the common areas in the rest of the house, including washer and dryer. The house has plenty of space in case you have some of your own furniture as well. Corner lot with a nice fenced backyard and a spacious covered patio. It's an easy drive to Mayport ,Jax or Kings Bay. Beaches are about 20-25 minute drive. There are a ton of stores and restaurants within five minutes (Publix, Wal Mart, Gander Mountain, Lowes, Olive Garden, Red Lobster....). Rent will be $400 plus half of utilities.
