I've been looking into PLC but I still have a lot of questions. I seem to have hit a stand still on what info is correct. Do you guys think I should contact my nearest OSO or should I go and talk to a recruiter first?

Thanks! I've had conversations with a recruiter and he has helped me out a lot, but I have been getting a lot of conflicting info and I just want to be sure.
An enlisted recruiter or OSO? Because if you went to an enlisted recruiter looking for PLC info, then they won't know shit.
