Is 20/30 20/20 corrected eyesight doomed?

My optometrist tried to get my eyesight as clear as possible, and that seems to be the best that I can see. I also have an astigmatism. Can I NFO?

If your eyesight doesn't correct to 20/20 you might be in for some hoops to jump through.
