Interservice Transfer

I am currently an Active Duty Army Officer (1LT, O-2) 29 years of age, with 3 years time in service. I will promote to CPT (O-3) early in 2006. I am interested in an Interservice Transfer as an NFO. Has anyone recently undertaken this task, or can you offer any assistance in the process that I am about to begin. Any assistance would be greatly appreciated.

I recommend contacting a recruiter. You can PM RockyMtnNFO...he's a Navy officer recruiter right now. He might be able to point you in a better direction for submitting a package.
