The other day I was looking around military.com and discovered an article about how members of the armed forces are eligible for in state tuition rates in most states even if they aren't residents of that state(this would save me a TON of money). My question is that if I were to receive a PLC contract would I be eligible for in state tuition or would I have to wait until after OCS or even commissioning for me to be eligible? Thanks.
