Well, Im like a Junior in HS and I want to go to College w/a NROTC Scholarship from my JROTC class and the truth is, im like in horrible shape, I hardly ever work out and can barely do anything

Pushups: 25
Situps: 40
Pullups: 4-7

I am a great sprinter but I run the mile in about 8'ish.

So I suggested to myself that I should get in shape and what better place than here of people how have been through OCS, bootcamp or whatever. So do you think you could share some of your routines and tell me your end result, like how many situps pushups and pull ups you could do after you got in shape. Oh yeah I reall need help with my mile aswell

Also I figured Marines would have had it harder
