How I learned to hover..
Sitting left seat in a Bell 204 at 10'.. 14 years old..
GOD(Grumpy Ole Dude): "You got it"
Me: "WHAA??!!!"
Me: "SH!@, FV#@K, DAQMN!!!"
GOD: "More left pedal, spinning isn't cool"
Me: OK
GOD: Now we are spinning the other way
ME: OK
Took about 5 min, and I was soaked in sweat.

That device is about the lamest thing ever. It does remind me of this little hovercraft-type thing some company was trying to sell the Navy to do some initial hover training on. It was like a little helo with a max altitude of about 3" that one could "fly around the parking lot.
