Hoping to rent out my new (late 2006) home in Oakleaf Plantation in Jacksonville. Bought it new and lived there about 10 months before PCSing to P-cola.
It is a 1400 square foot, 3 bed. 2 bath, w/ 2 car garage (w/opener + keypad) in the Pebblecreek edition of Oakleaf. 1 Block from 1 of the 2 pool/gym/clubhouse locations.
Really nice, new neighborhood, great amenities, and it used to take me about 30 min. to drive to NAS JAX every morning in traffic.
If you're unfamiliar with Oakleaf you should visit their site at oakleafplantation.com for more on the fabulous amenities, and immaculately kept grounds. My wife and daughter and I really loved living there, hence our reluctance to sell it.
