Technically a 3 bedroom, but the "office" (where I've lived for the past year) is just as big as the other smaller bedrooms with closet included so we were 4 pilots living there during Primary. Master is very spacious with tub/shower walk-in closet. Pool and hot tub, plus a big yard. The house is on the mainland which is about a 8-9 minute drive to base (15 minutes to the beach), and located very close to supermarkets, the mall, clubs, etc. Pets are allowed, you'd just need to talk to our realtor about a deposit. Rent is $2000 plus utilities, but split 4 ways and you'll save a decent amount of BAH and live better than most guys on the island. The cons: we're in the market for a washer/dryer, and if my roommate leaves, he'll be taking his fridge. (easy find on Craigslist).
I've just started Advanced Multi-Engine here in Corpus, two of my roommates have moved to Milton, and the other is just about to finish Primary, so it's still unknown if he'll stay or not. I'm very unwilling to let this place go, but I can't afford it without roommates; whether you're coming to Corpus for Primary or Advanced, this is a solid option.
