House 1 mile from NAS Pensacola for Rent or Roomate- Available in February/March

I have a 3 bedroom 2 bathroom house located 1 mile from the front gate of NAS Pensacola. The back of the house has views of the water. The house has been updated to include hardwood floors throughout, new master bathroom with walk-in closets, and will have new kitchen by mid Feb. Either looking for roomate or tenants. If roomate, you will basically have the house to yourself except when I am updating (painting outside, landscaping, etc). If tenants, hope to have house completed between mid Feb to early March.

Roomates $375 each + utilities (Giving discount for inconvience until renovations complete)

Tenants - Rent - $850
