Seems like a low price for a 2900 square feet. How long have you had it on the market and what price did you start at? Who was the builder and what's the MLS# ? You may also want to consider offering to pay closing costs (up to a certain amount) or buying down the buyer's interest rate. These of course the buyer would get with an acceptable offer.

The house went on the market in late December. We started at $359,000. We built the house 3 1/2 years ago. It shows like a model home and is in a great location. We have been avid to sell because we got transferred to Virginia this past month. We didn't decide on the rent option until a week or two ago. We have offered some incentives and have had a ton of people look at the house. Its just a matter of people are scared to make an offer. We took great pride in this house and would love to hold onto it, but we all know how the military works in moving you around!!!
I forgot to mention, the builder was Morrison Homes and the MLS for people to look at it is MLS ID#: 341018.

Is there a home warranty included and how much were your property taxes last year?

There is a 1 year home warranty with the sell of the house. Taxes last year were about $4000-$4200. That included our homeowners insurance, cdd fees, and a trash collection fee.
