Welcome! So why isn't the FANG hiring you?! In addition to "being long in the tooth for UPT", they told me they hire a lot from within...needless to say thinks worked out for the better

FANG is having a board in April. My package is in with them but if given the luxury of having to decide between signing with the FANG or the Navy, I'll take the Navy. This is a personal choice for me, plus I grew up in a NavAir family. On a sidenote, you won't see any "What percent get jets" kinda b.s. questions from me. I just wanna fly. Period dot.

There are a few of us guard guys here. I was weapons on the F-16 in the TXANG and am now going through primary... All in all I like the Navy way better. Good luck!
