My wife and I live in Fleming Island and love it. We are close to Jax (9 miles south) and not very far from Cecil either. Quiet area, low crime, and every store you could need is close by. Country to the south and city to the north. Old neighborhoods and new construction, take your pick. We love having no HOA or CDDs in our old neighborhood. We also have better schools than the rest of Clay county. Good luck on the move!
