Hawker Beechcraft sold to Chinese company

I'd be willing to bet that this will get tied up in the US regulatory process and eventually get shot down in favor of a more palatable buyer.

So the question is, will the media make a big enough stink about this, or will it get brushed under the rug aside from a few newspaper articles. Really as an American I feel this is what it's come to with us...I need Robin Meade to tell me how to feel about this.

When they filed bankruptcy does that mean they will stop getting Congress to block any COIN aircraft not built in Kansas? fuckers

COIN aircraft. Lol. Is that what they're calling them?

The irony is that they didn't even design the damn thing. Maybe made in the USA but designed by the best engineers in the Alps.

If this were true, it would negate all the AOPA propaganda I've received over the last year about how Beech is being stymied by the evil Brazilians. I refuse to believe you.

Wait, where do they make the Super T? Oh, right....

You're so silly. Everyone knows that there's no innovation in socialist Europe.
