Just found this on baseops.net, and while that place is usually pretty dry (HEAVY usaf influence...insert your own comment here), this one had me smiling. (you FOs know I love ya, your 150% brains make up for the half of mine I drink away).
Two Navs are walking through the squadron and one of them sees a vending machine with Pilot’s wings. He grabs the other Nav and says, “Dude, look… Pilot’s wings for $.75.” The other Nav says, dude that is so cool, we can finally be pilots”. The first Nav reaches into his pocket and pulls out a dollar. The second Nav reaches into his pocket and pulls out two quarters, he pauses and says “Dude, you put in your dollar, get your wings, give me the change and we both can be pilots”. The other Nav says, “dude this is so cool, we are going to be pilots”, at which point he puts his dollar into the machine and his wings fall into the tray. He places the wings on his chest and says, “Dude, look at me, I’m a pilot”. The other Nav says “Dude, you are a freaking pilot, cool, can I have your change”. At this point the newly minted pilot looks at him and says, “Screw you Nav”.
