Great furnished house to share 15 mins out back gate

Hi. I am looking for a roommate to share my house with me. I am an SNFO and I just got down to Pensacola. I am pretty laid back, clean and quiet. I would prefer a female SNFO, but I am open to SNA's and males as well. It is a 2 bedroom, 2 bath 1,036 sg ft house that is in a great neighborhodd 5 minutes from the back gate. It is in the Hampton Lakes subdivision so there is a lake right in the back yard. It has hardwood floors, a nice kitchen and is very clean. I have the common areas furnished (though I'm sure we could make room for any stuff that you have too), have just purchased a washer/dryer for the laundry room, a wireless router (so there is high speed wireless through out the house) and have already paid to set up the water, electicity and cable/internet so you wouldn't have to worry about all of those charges. If you wanted I could even provide enough furniture to furnish your bedroom as well. The rent is $725/month for the whole house and I have the master, so the rent for you would be around $325-350/month. I have attached some pictures of the house, without the furniture because my stuff hasn't come yet. Please pm with any questions or interest. It really is a great house!

I actually timed it today (without getting lost on the way) and it's only five minutes out the back gate not 15

Hi guys. So I am back looking for a roommate again. My roommate is just starting his last two weeks of API and then will be on his way to Corpus. So, I have a completely furnished house that is perfect for a pilot who can't bring a lot of stuff down here to Pensacola and doesn't want to go through the hassle of signing a lease and then breaking it after 4 months. You don't really need to have anything house wise, I have all of the common areas furnished including the kitchen and there is a bed, a TV and some other furniture in what would be your bedroom as well. You would also have your own bathroom. The total rent is $725. I have the master so your portion would be $325 +utilities (which are usually about $75/person for everything including cable and wireless internet). It is about 15 minutes to the API building and Perdido and 20 minutes to downtown, which is pretty average for out the back gate. I am pretty much studying most of the time for primary so I am looking for someone clean and quietish. There are pictures posted above of the house empty and I can take some with furniture if any one wants as well.
