FY17 O-4 selection board

Hey everyone. Long time reader, first time poster. I'd love to hear thoughts about the FY17 O-4 board - seemed to reverse the trend of the past couple years with a high selection rate for aviators/NFOs. Just gouge, but I heard that the aviation community wasn't necessarily looking for more O-4s - any thoughts on if this will continue, how this will affect manning in a few years?
