Ive seen it before, but can't remember if it was here or not... The newest one ive seen was the post world series one- Wicked Awesome. This one was great too...

How do you give rep? I can't figure it out either, but then its probably cause I'm just stupid.
 
I think you just click on the thing that looks like the scales of justice at the bottom of the persons profile, next to the green circle, and triangle
