Well, I guess if your in Corpus and want to get a tatt, you can get one for free here.

CORPUS CHRISTI - A local tattoo shop has extended it's "free military tattoo" offer.
Kustom Ink Tattoo Studio at 505 S. Water offered free "yellow ribbon" tattoos to active military service members on Veterans Day. wednesday, the shop owner announced he was extending the offer this coming weekend.
On Saturday, Nov. 14, and Sunday, Nov. 15., any service member with an active military I.D. can choose from one of three pre-selected tattoo designs. The tattoos will be free of charge.

I actually once saw a girl at the beach with a Tramp Stamp which said "Tramp Stamp." I wasn't even angry, I was impressed.
