France: "Prepare for War"... wait what?

The new President is pretty conservative...add in the new conservative German Chancellor Merkel and it seems Europeans are finally getting that socialism doesnt work very well, esp with the influx of immigrants over there.

That and the fact that the French dont have the financial investments they have in Iran like they did in Iraq.
 
France, up until the end of the 17th century were quite dominant in the world. I think 500 years is a bit much...
