Does that have any effect on my becoming a pilot? Just wondering...

He flys Hornets...and has been in the Navy for almost 19 years (in May) and been flying since 1986.
 
My feet have never been checked during any physical, possibly the DoDMERB one but that was so long ago I can't remember. They don't check on flight physicals for pilots, at least on the four or five that I've been through.
